When will my order be processed?

Most Paper Chapter products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may be longer during launches, sales and holiday periods.

How long does delivery take?

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Your tracking link will provide the most current delivery information.

Will all items arrive together?

Not always. We work with specialist production partners, so items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking link when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

Can I return an item?

Most Paper Chapter products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect selection or an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can make it right.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Use our Contact page and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

Do you offer personalized products?

Personalization options are shown on eligible product pages. Please check all spelling and details before ordering. Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the approved order details.
