Most Paper Chapter products are made to order and shipped by our specialist production partners.
Production time
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before dispatch. Production time is separate from delivery time and may increase during product launches, promotions and holiday periods.
U.S. delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak-season demand or an incomplete address.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and delivery address.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed when an order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to display the first update.
Separate shipments
Items may be produced by different partners and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins and cannot replace orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Delayed, lost or marked-delivered orders
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with household members and the carrier first. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.
International delivery
Paper Chapter currently focuses on U.S. delivery. If delivery to another destination is available, the applicable options and charges will appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes or import charges.
